This month I have dedicated myself to a Detox. I want to be able to show up to my body and be the kindest I can to it. I truly believe we need all need to learn and take responsibility for knowing show our bodies work and how we can help assist them. My first detox of the year is the Doctor Libby Cleanse. Dedicating cleanses or through out the year is how I am going to do this. This month I truly believe we all need to learn how the body functions and how we can help with detoxification process and help with that elimination. As we now know our every day detox our bodies. our bodies need additional help with the detoxification process and we need to learn in more depth how our bodies work and how we can help assist the body with elimination. I have eliminated all alcohol, caffeine (besides green tea as this helps with the detoxification process), gluten, dairy, processed foods, refined sugars and oils. It might sound a lot but it is actually easier than you might additionally think. A lot of Organic meat and veggies are allowed and gluten free grains such as buckwheat, rice, quinoa and 2x gluten free pieces of bread per day. The next one is starting the 5th of June and Dr Libby sends you daily videos to teach and help you through the entire process. A lot of the focus is on helping the liver detoxify.
