Tuesday 21st June

7am Meditation + breathe work

7:30am- 8:30am Morning Yoga flow & relaxation

8:30am Breakfast @ The Sherwood 

9:30am Hike/walk 

11:30am - 1:30pm Workshop on self love, nourishment & commitment to self 

1:30pm Lunch @ The Sherwood

2:30pm - 4:30pm Free time / massage / facial / sauna

4:30pm Yin/ Restorative Yoga

9:30am Visit to Lake Hawea Station a beautiful regenerative farm on Lake Hawea

11am Talk with Geoff & Jussie Ross the owners of the station

11:30am - 1:30pm A workshop of the basics of yoga - alignment , grounding and strengthening your practice

Friday 24th 

7am Meditation

7:30am Morning Yoga flow 

9am Breakfast @ Akarua Kitchen 

10am Walk around Arrowtown 

11:30am Pottery Workshop (optional) 

1pm Free personal time for the rest of the day. Plan a day exploring Queenstown, or enjoy your favourite winery/ restaurant or just relax at The Sherwood with a good book / sauna/ massage/ facial

Saturday 25th 

7am Meditation + Breathe work 

7:30am Morning Yoga flow 

8:30am Breakfast @ The Sherwood

9:30am Hike/walk 

11:30am Workshop setting intentions with journaling and deep imagining 

2pm Picnic lunch @ Cloudy Bay 

5pm Onsen 

6:30pm Last dinner together at The Sherwood
